Associated Veterans is seeking a professional to perform work as a Data Analyst, who can function in a highly collaborative, multi-contractor environment for a government agency. The candidate will perform analysis and support on programs and operations for our clients. The candidate will follow a structured approach that enables our clients to evolve to their desired future state. This approach is critical to our client’s ability to realize greater value and improvements in their planning, programming, acquisition, accountability, and performance measures.
The client office supports virtual self-service, contact centers, CRM platform systems and integrations to provide end users with information regarding benefits and services to the agency’s client base. The client office is working toward modernizing the agency’s capabilities to provide accurate, efficient and timely information to improve customer interactions with the agency as well as measuring and improving service delivery.
The data analyst will use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports. The analyst will also work with the management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each of our clients who support the Customer Experience Management System(s) for VA Contact Centers. This person will build data flow diagrams/models and validate multiple sets of stakeholders across CRM projects. This person will report to an overall Information Architect to outline the specific data needs for each business analysis project.
